About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Saint Ann location at 11124 Old St. Charles Rd. The driver delivers products to customers within assigned routes and territories, provides professional customer service, and represents the organization in the community. This is a flexible, fast-paced role where efficient, safe driving and customer focus contribute to the team’s success.

The driver plans routes, manages delivery times, maintains accurate records, and communicates with dispatch and management about delivery status, delays, and customer feedback. The role also includes inspecting and maintaining a clean vehicle, handling products carefully, following traffic laws and company safety policies, and meeting delivery goals. Flexible hours may include day, evening, and closing shifts.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record meeting company standards.
• At least 2 years of driving history if 18 years old, or 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company-specific safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mapping technology.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizes.
• Reliability, punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and closing shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Provide professional customer service, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and promptly report maintenance needs to management.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Handle packages and products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate with dispatch and management about delivery status, delays, and customer feedback.
• Keep the vehicle’s interior and exterior clean and organized.
