About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Florissant location at 12317 Old Halls Ferry Rd. The driver delivers products to customers in the Florissant area, provides professional service, and represents the organization in the community. The role offers flexible hours and independence, with a focus on safe, timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Drivers operate a vehicle on assigned routes, plan efficient trips, maintain delivery records, communicate with customers, inspect their vehicle, and handle products carefully. They follow traffic laws and company policies, manage their time to meet delivery goals, and work with team members and management to support operations. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check meeting company-specific standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Physical capability to load, unload, and handle deliveries.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in the Florissant area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely and efficient service.

• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
