About The Position

The Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for driving a company delivery vehicle over established routes to deliver products to clients and customers. The role also provides customer service in the store and while making deliveries, helps prepare customer orders, and assists with store transactions and inquiries. This is a part-time position in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Store hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday; the store is closed Sundays. Scheduling is flexible.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Punctual and dependable.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to distinguish differences between colors.
High school diploma or comparable certification (GED).
Ability to pass a background check and an MVR check, as applicable for the role.
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, walk, reach overhead, grip, squat, lift, and carry products to and from delivery and customer vehicles, store areas, and possible delivery sites.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service; experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products safely and efficiently using a company vehicle.
Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure prompt delivery.
Load and unload the delivery vehicle.
Prepare orders by mixing or tinting products to customer specifications.
Accurately identify and match paint colors.
Assist customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions.
Accurately process cash and credit card transactions and properly maintain a cash drawer.
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
