About The Position

PinPoint Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages throughout an assigned delivery area. Drivers operate a branded Ford Transit-250 or Dodge ProMaster 2500 van and use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information. The role includes loading and unloading packages, solving app, phone, or GPS issues on the road, providing customer-focused service, and helping teammates complete their routes. The shift starts at 9:15 AM and generally runs until approximately 6:30 PM, though drivers finish when their route is complete. The start time is not flexible and partial shifts are not offered. The company hires for open availability, including weekends and holidays. During hot weather, schedules rotate two days on and two days off. Overtime may be available based on business needs and performance. This is a physically demanding outdoor role in Arizona weather. Drivers must be comfortable walking, standing, climbing stairs, and repetitively lifting packages weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift. The position pays $23.25 per hour, with pay every Friday. High-performing drivers may advance to roles such as dispatcher.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no suspensions.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Have a working smartphone with active service; the posting says drivers will use ADP and VoiceERP at Home.
Be available to work weekends and holidays.
Be available for the fixed 9:15 AM start time; partial shifts are not offered.
Be comfortable with physical work, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.
Be ready to work in Arizona summer heat and other outdoor conditions.
Be comfortable using smartphones and GPS technology.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a branded delivery van, with careful driving and no backing-related or van damage.

Work outdoors in all conditions, including Arizona summer heat.
Troubleshoot app, phone, and GPS issues while on the road.
