About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a responsible, dedicated Seasonal full-time Driver at its Sky Harbor Airport location in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a non-CDL local driving position that involves driving multiple new-model cars. The role pays $16 per hour and offers two schedule options, both with Monday and Tuesday off: Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., or Wednesday through Sunday, 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

The Driver transports fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, follows written directions, and delivers customers and vehicles safely and courteously to their destinations. The position may also involve coordinating vehicle pickups and drop-offs with another driver, organizing routes, completing vehicle paperwork, communicating by two-way radio or cellular phone, cleaning vehicles, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related driving conviction, including DWI/DUI, in the past five years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, following written directions.
• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of the area as needed while following all rules of the road.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to the appropriate destination safely and courteously.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
• Clean vehicles as requested.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
