About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Automotive Detailer at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a non-CDL local driving position that includes the opportunity to drive multiple new-model vehicles. The role pays $17.00 per hour and offers multiple schedules, including daytime and evening schedules. Weekend availability is required. The Detailer cleans, sanitizes, inspects, fuels, and stages rental vehicles, and helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the branch location. The position also requires reporting safety concerns and vehicle damage, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintaining dependable attendance.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to Complete Clean Pledge standards.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; look for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify vehicle registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; assess tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
Fuel and stage vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Wear proper personal protective equipment and ensure cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available.
Help maintain the overall appearance of the site, including cleaning branch interiors and exteriors, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash areas, bathrooms, and the lot.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
