About The Position

The Delivery Driver is expected to provide polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable service when answering phones or assisting carryout customers. Drivers must follow Domino’s customer-service and delivery procedures, maintain a neat and clean vehicle with a positive image, and complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Orders must be repeated to confirm accuracy, and the customer’s name and address must be confirmed. Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery, say “Let me get your change” on every order, and not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money. Weapons and pocket knives are prohibited while working.

Requirements

• Must follow order repetition and customer name and address confirmation procedures.
• Must maintain a neat, clean delivery vehicle.
• Must not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Must not carry a pocket knife or other weapon while working.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and assist carryout customers politely and courteously, providing helpful and knowledgeable information about the menu.
• Maintain the required professional image and demonstrate the specified customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra.
• Keep the delivery vehicle neat and clean and maintain a positive image while working.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT before making deliveries.
• Do not route deliveries early or check in early from a delivery.
• Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money, and do not carry a pocket knife or other weapon while working.
