About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities it serves. Customer - Food Service Coworkers provide a strong customer and food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. The role includes maintaining the in-store food program and keeping the store clean and inviting. Coworkers work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to solve problems and shift priorities quickly while helping customers. The role may provide opportunities to develop skills and pursue other career paths within Kwik Trip, including retail leadership and roles at its Support Center and Production and Distribution Facilities. The position is based at Stop-N-Go 562, with a variable shift. The listed full pay range is $15.00 to $20.30; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in Kwik Trip stores.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help customers.
- Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
