About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities it serves. Customer - Food Service Coworkers provide a high-quality customer and food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. The role involves maintaining the in-store food program, helping customers, and keeping the store clean and inviting. Coworkers work in a fast-paced environment and may need to solve problems and shift priorities quickly. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. The position offers a full pay range of $15.00 to $20.30, with actual pay based on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in stores.
