About The Position

As a Delivery Driver, you represent CRO Pizza/Domino’s to customers and are often the first or only team member they see. You help create a pleasant customer experience through professionalism, optimism, and service. The role involves delivering products in your vehicle safely and efficiently, following traffic laws, and participating in store operations. Drivers may operate store equipment, tend ovens, and help make products. The position has variable hours that may change from week to week, and tips are paid daily.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clear driving record, a dependable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count change.
• Outgoing personality and positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products in a personal vehicle safely and efficiently while obeying traffic laws.
• Represent the brand and maintain a positive, professional image.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Help prepare products and maintain product quality.
• Learn and apply organizational, inventory, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Use store equipment, including tending ovens.
• Take ownership in resolving problems.
