About The Position

The Delivery Driver for the Pharmacy completes rounds to various locations, ensuring products are delivered appropriately and collecting necessary documentation. The position reports directly to the Supervising Pharmacist, who determines the role’s responsibilities. Responsibilities may be revised as necessary, with proper notification and training provided where appropriate. This is a part-time position scheduled three days per week, with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday preferred. Some scheduling flexibility may be required. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid New York State driver’s license verified through LENS, and previous delivery experience. Pharmaceutical delivery experience is preferred. Strong customer service and time management skills are required, along with the ability to travel between offices, clinic locations, and other destinations as necessary. Awareness of and sensitivity to issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid New York State driver’s license, verified through LENS.
Previous delivery experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to travel between offices, clinic locations, and other destinations as necessary.
Awareness of and sensitivity to issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations.
