About The Position
Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated area. Drivers provide customer service, navigate to delivery locations, and help with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. Paid training includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training. The role also involves general store duties such as processing orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients and supplies, operating store equipment, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Work may involve varying weather and store conditions, including cold and hot areas, and physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, and climbing stairs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Must have three or fewer moving violations in the last three years.
- Must not have had drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
- Must have reliable transportation; delivery vehicle must be insured, registered, and in proper working condition if using a personal vehicle.
- Must be able to navigate the designated delivery area and carry products while making deliveries.
- Must have customer service, verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills.
- Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks that may include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, and climbing stairs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products or flyers in the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
- Read maps and locate delivery addresses, including navigating multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Help with in-store tasks when not busy making deliveries.
- Take and process orders by telephone and enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
- Prepare products, stock ingredients and supplies, receive deliveries, and clean equipment and the facility.
- Operate store equipment and handle products and supplies as needed.
