About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to serve customers in Centralia and surrounding areas. The driver safely delivers products on assigned routes, provides friendly and professional customer service, maintains delivery records and the delivery vehicle, and communicates with dispatch. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to meet the physical requirements of carrying packages. Applicants must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and a criminal background check.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check meeting company-specific standards and a criminal background check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout Centralia and surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely, efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Handle packages and products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate route updates, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch.
• Keep the vehicle’s interior and exterior clean and organized.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Build positive customer relationships to support the brand and encourage repeat business.
