About The Position

Torero Logistics Corp. (TLC), based in DSF8 Richmond, is hiring motivated delivery drivers and is willing to train suitable candidates; no prior experience is required. The base hourly pay is $26.50, depending on experience and schedule, with an opportunity to earn an additional $0.50 to $3.13 per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance. A discretionary $1,200 bonus is paid in January; eligibility requires no call-outs in each month and at least five shifts per week. Paid time off and health benefits are offered. A van, gas, and insurance are provided, along with paid training. Shifts are approximately 8–9 hours, from 9:15 a.m. to 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. Operations run seven days a week. Full-time employees work four to five days per week and must work at least one weekend day. The work location is in person.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license is not required.
Have no more than two accidents, tickets, or infractions on the driving record in the past three years.
Pass a pre-employment four-panel drug test.
Be able to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Have a great attitude and energy.
