About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products to customers within a designated area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

The position also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Drivers must navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings, and work in varying weather and store conditions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and handle delivery locations that may include adverse terrain, private homes, and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone to process orders.
