About The Position

The part-time Delivery Driver drives a company delivery vehicle over established routes to deliver products to clients and customers. The role also provides customer service in the store and during deliveries. The driver prepares orders by mixing or tinting products to customer specifications, identifies and matches paint colors, assists customers with orders and questions, and processes cash and credit card transactions while maintaining a cash drawer. The position involves frequent lifting and carrying products weighing up to 50 pounds and performing a range of physical activities in the store and at delivery sites.

Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to distinguish differences between colors.
High school diploma or comparable certification (GED).
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, walk, reach overhead, grip, squat, lift, and carry products to and from delivery and customer vehicles and to areas within the store and possible job delivery sites.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Load and unload the delivery vehicle.

Assist customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and properly maintain a cash drawer.
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
