About The Position

Delivery Drivers at Domino’s Pizza deliver fresh, hot orders to customers promptly and professionally. The role includes delivering orders quickly and accurately, providing friendly customer service, and helping with store operations between deliveries. Drivers are paid a base rate of $8.00 per hour plus tips, with most drivers making $13–$17 per hour including tips. Tips average about $4 per delivery. If base pay plus tips falls below the $12.77-per-hour state minimum for a shift, the company makes up the difference. Drivers also receive $0.53 per mile for using their own car; this rate is reviewed monthly. Pay is available through DailyPay, including next-day or same-day pay. Flexible part-time shifts are available, including evenings and weekends, with shifts ranging from 3 to 8 hours. The role may provide opportunities to advance into the Management Development Program. Discounted health, dental, and vision insurance is available to full-time team members.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
Have an insured, reliable vehicle that passes regular safety checks.
Be comfortable with basic math and working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders quickly and accurately, including to apartments and multi-story buildings.
Provide friendly and helpful customer service and handle customer issues.
Answer phones promptly between deliveries.
Clean and sweep the store, take out the oven, and wash dishes between deliveries.
