About The Position

Delivery Drivers deliver fresh, hot pizza from the oven to customers promptly and professionally. The role offers flexible part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends, with shift needs ranging from 3 to 8 hours. Drivers earn $8.00 per hour plus tips, with most making $13–17 per hour including tips. Tips average about $4 per delivery. If base pay and tips for a shift fall below the $12.77-per-hour state minimum, the company makes up the difference. Drivers are also paid $0.53 per mile for using their own car; this rate is reviewed monthly. Next- or same-day pay is available through DailyPay. Drivers who perform well may have the opportunity to advance to the Management Development Program. The position may suit students, people seeking a second job, or others needing flexible hours.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• An insured, reliable vehicle that passes regular safety checks.
• Comfort with basic math and working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders quickly and accurately, including to apartments and multi-story buildings.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and handle customer issues.
• Answer phones promptly between delivery runs.
• Clean and sweep the store, take the oven, and do dishes between runs.
