About The Position

Delivery Drivers bring freshly prepared Domino’s pizza from the oven to customers’ doors promptly, accurately, and professionally. The role includes delivering orders, providing friendly customer service, and helping with store tasks between deliveries. Flexible part-time shifts are available, including evenings and weekends, with staffing needs ranging from 3-hour shifts to 8 hours per day. Most drivers earn $13–$17 per hour including tips, with an $8.00 hourly base rate, tips averaging about $4 per delivery, and $0.53 per mile for use of their vehicle. If base pay and tips fall below the $12.77-per-hour state minimum for a shift, the company makes up the difference. Pay is available through DailyPay, potentially the same day. Drivers may have opportunities to move into the Management Development Program. Health, dental, and vision insurance are available at discounted rates for full-time team members.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have an insured, reliable vehicle that passes regular safety checks.
• Be comfortable with basic math and working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders quickly and accurately, including to apartments and multi-story buildings.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and handle issues that arise.
• Answer phones promptly between deliveries.
• Help keep the store running by cleaning, sweeping, taking the oven, and doing dishes.
