SUPERICA BARTENDER – UP TO $8/hr. + TIPS (Cary)
About The Position
Superica Fenton is seeking an experienced Bartender to join its Tex-Mex restaurant team in Cary, North Carolina. The restaurant serves brunch, lunch, and dinner in an Old-West-inspired, relaxed yet upbeat setting. Its beverage program centers on margaritas and beer, with a cocktail menu that reflects the restaurant’s theme and emphasizes Texas-made spirits and margaritas. The Bartender is expected to be a creative thinker, a strong communicator, self-motivated, and committed to continually improving their craft. Bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to maintain bar product quality and develop a thorough understanding of available beverages, cocktail inspiration, and history so they can tell the restaurant’s story to guests. Pay is $5.15 to $8.00 per hour plus tips, based on experience and ability.
Requirements
- Experienced Bartender.
- Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a desire to continually improve.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of available beverage products.
- Understand and share cocktail inspiration and history with guests to tell the restaurant’s story.
- Continue improving bartending craft.
