About The Position

Superica Fenton is hiring a personable Service Assistant to support the restaurant team and provide guests with an expertly served beverage and dining experience. The role calls for a friendly, naturally curious personality and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs by noticing cues from their facial expressions and demeanor. The Service Assistant follows checklists and assigned steps of service diligently while working calmly and efficiently under pressure. One year of relevant restaurant experience and basic restaurant-service knowledge are preferred but not required. The position is located at Superica in the Fenton community in Cary, North Carolina.
