About The Position

Superica, part of Rocket Farm Restaurants, is seeking an experienced, creative, and communicative Bartender for its Winter Park location. Superica offers Tex-Mex cuisine in an Old-West-inspired, relaxed yet upbeat setting. The beverage program centers on margaritas and beer, with a cocktail menu reflecting the restaurant’s theme and emphasizing Texas-made spirits and margaritas. Bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to maintain bar-product quality, understand available beverages, and learn cocktail inspiration and history so they can share the restaurant’s story with guests. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality.
• Develop a thorough understanding of available beverage products, including cocktail inspiration and history, to tell the restaurant’s story to guests.
• Continually improve bartending craft.
