About The Position
The Assistant Manager works alongside the General Manager to lead shifts and manage key store operations. This hands-on leadership role includes keeping the team on track, ensuring product quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction. It is presented as a training ground for advancement to General Manager. Most General Managers started as Assistant Managers. After successfully managing a Two Sisters Pizza store for one year, employees may apply for franchise ownership; Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also available. Assistant Managers earn $15–$18 per hour depending on experience, with bonuses tied to store performance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of the shift.
- Able to stay organized, motivating, and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience is preferred.
- Management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop the team.
