About The Position

Assistant Managers may earn $15–$18 per hour depending on experience, with bonuses tied to store performance. After successfully managing a store for one year, they may apply for franchise ownership through the Management Development Program. Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also potential career paths.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of the shift.
- Must be organized, motivating, and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience is preferred.
- Management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop the team.
