About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Peoria location. The driver delivers products throughout the Peoria area, providing professional service and building positive relationships with customers. The role involves operating and checking a delivery vehicle, planning efficient routes, handling products carefully, keeping accurate delivery records, communicating with dispatch and management, and meeting delivery goals. Drivers must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• GPS navigation skills or willingness to learn route-planning systems.
• Customer-service orientation and a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Provide courteous customer service and address customer questions or concerns.
• Inspect vehicle condition regularly and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle.
• Handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate delivery status and any issues to dispatch and management.
• Organize and load vehicles efficiently to optimize space and accessibility.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule.
