About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver customer orders and support store operations. The role offers flexible scheduling, daily cash payment for mileage and tips, paid training, meal discounts, and advancement opportunities. Drivers may pursue growth from delivery work into management or franchise ownership. In addition to deliveries, team members may operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, take and process telephone orders, and clean equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Drivers use their personal vehicles for deliveries and must meet company driving, insurance, and vehicle-safety requirements.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license in good standing and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have access to an insured personal vehicle that can be used for delivery and pass required vehicle safety inspections.
An 18-year-old driver must have at least two years of driving history; drivers age 19 or older must have at least one year of driving history immediately preceding the evaluation.
Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Have a positive attitude and be customer-service oriented.
Be able to comprehend and give written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
Have the coordination and physical ability to perform store and delivery tasks, including standing, walking, carrying products, and using hands continuously.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers, navigating to addresses within the designated delivery area and through locations such as private homes and multi-story buildings.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas.
Prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and clean equipment and the facility.
Communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone to process orders.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and handle payments accurately.
Meet company driving requirements, including maintaining a valid license and auto liability insurance and passing vehicle safety inspections.
