About The Position

Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to support specialty infusion pharmacy patients in Hawthorne, New York, and surrounding areas. The position is responsible for safe and timely delivery-related tasks, including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, driving, pickups, and deliveries. Drivers make deliveries to patients’ homes and pick up equipment from patients’ homes in a timely, safe, and professional manner. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week. The driver must use their own properly registered and insured vehicle and be able to drive up to two hours in one direction as needed. Mileage is reimbursed, and the driver is paid an hourly rate while driving. The role also includes warehouse support, such as picking supplies, packaging deliveries, managing inventory, and removing trash and recycling. The hourly salary is $22.00–$26.00. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
At least two years of experience in the area of responsibility.
At least one year of on-the-job work experience making deliveries.
Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
Own a properly registered and insured vehicle for deliveries.
Ability to drive up to two hours in one direction for deliveries as needed.
Ability to assist with warehouse tasks, including picking supplies, packaging deliveries, inventory, and trash and recycling removal.

Nice To Haves

Experience making deliveries to customer job sites.
Experience with pharmacy deliveries.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport goods.
Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas, including racks, shelves, and vehicles.
Stack or pile materials and install protective devices such as bracing, padding, or strapping to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
Verify computations against physical stock counts.
Maintain the condition of the work area, including keeping it free of trash and ensuring products are in the correct locations.
Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourage other associates to do the same.
Drive to pick up incoming stock, deliver materials to designated locations, or operate other machinery as needed to complete tasks.
Deliver materials and supplies to patient homes in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
Pick up equipment from patients’ homes in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
Assist in the warehouse with picking supplies, packaging deliveries, inventory, and trash and recycling removal.
