About The Position

The Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate supports daily branch operations by making safe, timely deliveries and assisting with warehouse activities. The role provides prompt, courteous customer service during deliveries and will-call pickups, while helping load and unload trucks, process and stock inventory, and keep the warehouse and branch clean and organized. This is a safety-sensitive position. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with rotating Saturdays as assigned.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including handling glass and exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming vehicles and inspect inventory for damage.
Process and stock inventory; pick the correct products and quantities for orders and transfers.
Load glass racks and trucks, clean glass, assess stock for damage, and affix proper labels.
Follow delivery routes and time schedules to deliver products and receive returns.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Receive and process returned stock; complete logs and documentation.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory as directed.
Interact with and assist customers during deliveries and at will-call pickups.
Help maintain the branch’s appearance, including cleaning the warehouse and counter area.
Follow health and safety policies and quality standards.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
