About The Position

Mygrant Glass is hiring a Driver/Warehouse Associate to support branch operations in Portland, Oregon. The role combines safe, timely customer deliveries with warehouse work, including loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory, assisting with customer pickups, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The associate provides prompt, courteous customer service and supports the day-to-day movement of automotive glass products to customers. This is a safety-sensitive, non-exempt position that reports to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

A CMV DOT Medical card is preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming inventory, inspect it for damage, process it, and stock it.
Pick the correct products and quantities for orders and transfers; load glass racks and trucks.
Clean glass, assess stock for damage, and attach appropriate labels.
Follow delivery routes and schedules; deliver products, receive returns, process and record payments, and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Receive and process returned stock.
Complete logs and other required documentation.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory as directed.
Assist customers during deliveries and at will-call pickups.
Help maintain the branch, including cleaning the warehouse and counter area.
Follow health and safety policies and quality standards.
Perform other assigned tasks.
