About The Position

Continental Battery Systems is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, collaborative employee for a delivery driver and warehouse associate role. The position focuses on safely delivering a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of company products and services. The role involves customer education, product delivery and pickup, route planning, vehicle stocking, and warehouse operations. The position offers daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed. Pay is $20.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and encourage customer advocacy.
• Develop knowledge of products and educate customers about products promoted monthly.
• Identify opportunities to help customers by expanding their use of company products and services.
• Deliver products, pick up used batteries, and maintain and replenish customer consignment products.
• Plan efficient routes and ensure vehicle stock is accurate, properly staged, and safe.
• Assist with loading and unloading.
• Load and offload vehicles and prepare shipments.
• Keep the warehouse orderly, safe, and clean.
• Label products and perform inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
