About The Position
Continental Battery Systems is seeking an energetic, collaborative, customer-focused employee for a fast-paced operation. This role combines product delivery and warehouse duties, with an emphasis on safe deliveries, excellent customer service, and profitable sales of company products and services. The associate helps customers understand products and identifies opportunities to expand their use of company offerings. The position also supports warehouse organization, shipment preparation, vehicle loading and unloading, and inventory accuracy. The schedule is daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed. Responsibilities
- Safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while contributing to profitable sales of company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction.
- Learn about company products and educate customers on products promoted monthly.
- Identify opportunities to help customers through expanded use of company products and services.
- Deliver products and pick up used batteries.
- Maintain and replenish consignment products for customers.
- Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure vehicle stock is properly and accurately staged and safe.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Load and offload vehicles and prepare shipments.
- Keep the warehouse orderly, safe, and clean.
- Label products and perform inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
