About The Position
Continental Battery Systems is seeking an energetic, customer-focused employee to work as a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate. The role safely delivers a high-quality customer experience while helping increase profitable sales of company products and services. The associate educates customers about products, delivers products and picks up used batteries, maintains customer consignment products, and performs warehouse and inventory duties. The position has daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver a high-quality customer experience and help increase profitable sales of company products and services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Stay knowledgeable about products and educate customers on products promoted monthly.
- Identify opportunities to help customers through expanded use of company products and services.
- Deliver products and pick up used batteries.
- Maintain and replenish customer consignment products.
- Plan efficient routes and ensure vehicle stock is proper, accurate, staged, and safe.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Load and offload vehicles, prepare shipments, and keep the warehouse orderly, safe, and clean.
- Label products and perform inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
