About The Position
Continental Battery Systems is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to safely deliver a high-quality customer experience and help increase profitable sales of company products and services. The role combines customer education and product delivery with warehouse, inventory, and vehicle-loading duties. The position has daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver a high-quality customer experience while supporting profitable sales of company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction.
- Learn about products carried and educate customers about products promoted monthly.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to expand their use of company products and services.
- Deliver products, pick up used batteries, and maintain and replenish customer consignment products.
- Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure vehicle stock is accurate, properly staged, and safe.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Load and offload vehicles and prepare shipments.
- Keep the warehouse orderly, safe, and clean.
- Label products and perform inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
