About The Position

Continental Battery Systems is seeking an energetic, collaborative, customer-focused employee for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate role in a fast-paced organization. The role focuses on safely delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting profitable sales of company products and services. It combines customer education and product delivery with warehouse, vehicle, and inventory duties. The position offers daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed. Pay is $20.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction.
• Learn about products carried and educate customers about products promoted monthly.
• Identify opportunities to help customers by expanding their use of company products and services.
• Deliver products, pick up used batteries, and maintain and replenish customers’ consignment products.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure vehicle stock is accurate, properly staged, and safe.
• Assist with loading and unloading.
• Load and offload vehicles, prepare shipments, and keep the warehouse orderly, safe, and clean.
• Label products and perform inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
