About The Position
Auto Value is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver & Counter Sales Representative for a customer-focused role in the automotive industry. The position divides time between delivering automotive parts to local customers and businesses, assisting customers at the counter, and supporting daily store operations. The role involves building customer relationships and providing dependable, professional service. Automotive parts experience is a plus but is not required; hands-on training is offered to help employees build parts knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves
- Automotive parts knowledge, delivery experience, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver automotive parts to customers and local businesses while providing dependable, professional service.
- Greet customers, answer questions, assist with parts lookups, and help customers find the products they need.
- Process counter transactions and returns accurately, share product recommendations, and support a positive customer experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, receiving freight, organizing inventory, and preparing customer orders.
- Assist with paint mixing and other store services as needed.
- Support daily store operations as needed and work collaboratively to provide timely, reliable service.
- Follow delivery procedures, maintain a safe driving record, and represent Auto Value professionally on delivery routes.
