About The Position

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The role supports customers as they take delivery of a new RV and works closely with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership. The ideal candidate has strong time-management and attention-to-detail skills, provides outstanding customer service, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence communicating by phone and using a multi-line phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work Saturdays until 6 PM.
Experience in event coordination.
Strong computer and data-entry skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in interactions with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service updates.
Enter data by translating technician notes for the Service database.
Organize files and photos, including filing paper forms and uploading photos and documents into the Service system.
Assist with calculating technician work time.
Help create a positive customer experience during delivery of a new RV.
Work effectively with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership.
