Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests taking ownership of a new vehicle and explain its technology-related features.
• Assist the Sales and Service teams with guests’ vehicle technology questions, such as syncing a phone, updating navigation, or changing a clock.
• Research questions and find answers and solutions for guests.
• Stay current on and learn the latest vehicle technology.
• Keep the lot in good condition by parking cars in straight rows, hanging tags, moving cars, removing snow, and clearing garbage and debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
