Delivery Coordinator
About The Position
Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is hiring a full-time Delivery Coordinator to coordinate vehicle deliveries and help customers before, during, and after delivery. The role works with the Sales team and Finance Manager to schedule deliveries, review purchase and delivery paperwork for accuracy and complete signatures, and submit documents to the billing team. The coordinator also responds to customer questions about vehicle technology and related matters after delivery, and helps keep the lot, showroom, and vehicles clean and presentable. The position pays $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar major is sought for recent graduates; 1–2 years of retail or similar customer-facing experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old are required.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Schedule vehicle deliveries daily with the Sales team and Finance Manager.
- Review purchase and delivery paperwork to ensure documents are accurate and fully signed before submitting them to the billing team.
- Assist customers through and after delivery in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries about technology or vehicles after delivery.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lot, showroom, and vehicles before delivery.
