About The Position

The Delivery Coordinator keeps customers and delivery teams aligned on delivery arrangements for TurfCasa. This is a U.S.-based remote role supporting the company’s office in Lakeway, Texas, and coordinating with on-site fulfillment teams. The position does not involve physical warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work. Employment eligibility for the applicant’s work location must be confirmed during hiring.

The primary opening is full-time, though part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid training is provided. Base pay is $21.50–$25.75 per hour, with starting pay in the range depending on relevant skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Confirm delivery details and customer availability.
• Coordinate delivery windows and updates with the team responsible for transportation.
• Track delivery confirmations and escalate delays or access issues.
