About The Position

As a Delivery Assistant, you’ll join Best Buy during its busy holiday season and accompany a team of seasoned Agents to customers’ homes. You’ll assist with the delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices, and support the team with tasks such as integration and networking. Internally, this role is known as Delivery Support Associate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team using support tools such as a harness, dolly or lift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Advise customers on product placement and provide recommendations regarding products, services and content to create a seamless client experience.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
• Assist with the delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Support the team with duties such as integration and networking.
