About The Position

As a Delivery Assistant, you’ll accompany a team of experienced Agents to customers’ homes during the busy holiday season. You’ll assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices, as well as integration and networking support. The role is internally known as Delivery Support Associate.

The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus to external hires hired by November 22. An initial $250 payment is made at hire; the remaining $750 is paid after January 15, 2027, if the employee remains actively employed with Best Buy in Geek Squad Delivery through that date. Payments are processed within one to two pay cycles after the applicable eligibility date.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team using support tools such as a harness, dolly, or lift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed, and fully functioning.
• Advise customers on product placement and recommend products, services, and content to provide a seamless client experience.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
• Assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Support the team with integration and networking duties.
