Deli Front End Clerk
About The Position
Deli Clerks prepare sandwiches, juices, and smoothies according to instruction cards and customer requests. They maintain and prepare the cold case, grab-n-go, hot case, and salad bar, while ensuring food quality standards are upheld for all Lassens Deli products. The role also supports an outstanding food company appearance by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members. A Deli Clerk may be expected to develop extensive knowledge of Natural Foods and basic knowledge of Nutritional Supplements, including vitamins, herbs, amino acids, sports nutrition, food supplements, and health and beauty aids.
Responsibilities
- Make sandwiches, juices, and smoothies according to instruction cards and customer requests.
- Perform functions relating to the maintenance and preparation of the cold case, grab-n-go, hot case, and salad bar.
- Ensure food quality standards are upheld for Lassens Deli products.
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.
- Help promote an outstanding food company appearance.
