Front End Clerk
About The Position
Front End Clerks help provide customers with a positive experience by greeting them, ensuring timely and accurate transactions, assisting with bagging, and offering friendly, caring service. They invite customers to participate in the monthly donation campaign and sell memberships. Clerks also keep the department clean, stocked, and presentable; follow product and workplace safety rules; and assist with tasks elsewhere in the store. The role is located at 622 Selby Ave, St Paul, MN 55104, with evening and weekend scheduling. - Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Cash handling or grocery experience is welcome but not required; training is available.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Direct cash-handling experience and knowledge of procedures, including counting and verifying transaction amounts.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language.
Responsibilities
