Front End Clerk
About The Position
Front End Clerks help ensure customers have a positive experience by greeting them, processing timely and accurate transactions, assisting with bagging, and providing friendly, caring service. They invite customers to participate in the monthly donation campaign and sell memberships. Clerks also keep the department clean, stocked, and presentable; ensure products and practices follow safety rules; and assist with tasks elsewhere in the store. This position is located at 622 Selby Ave, St Paul, MN 55104. The schedule includes evenings and weekends. The employer is seeking a positive, flexible, dependable team member who supports colleagues, contributes to an inclusive environment, and creates excellent customer experiences. Cash handling or grocery experience is welcome, but training is available.

- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately and promptly.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Direct cash-handling experience and knowledge of proper procedures, including counting and verifying transaction amounts.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language.
