Front End Clerk
About The Position
Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors. Responsibilities include Cashiering, Bagging, Cleaning, Merchandising, Stocking, Rotating Product, and Facing. Essential Job Functions include providing World Famous Friendly customer service, working as part of a team, accurate cashier responsibilities including smiling, greeting, and counting back change, bagging groceries appropriately, carrying out groceries to customers' vehicles, rotating perishable merchandise and removing out-of-date product, greeting customers upon entry, maintaining a neat appearance according to company dress code, keeping store shelves fully stocked, assisting in building store displays, observing department policies and procedures, maintaining a clean work area and check stand, and learning, following, and modeling all safety operating procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Provide a World-Famous Friendly attitude to customers & team members.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to read case labels and shelf tags.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to multi-task & perform all tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to count change & balance cash drawer.
- Ability to learn, follow and model all safety operating procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds.
- Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.
