About The Position
The El Super Dairy Deli Frozen Manager conducts the proper operation of the Dairy Deli Frozen Department. The position coordinates employees’ work to achieve satisfactory operating results, comply with company procedures and policies, and execute company goals. The manager acts as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making. The working environment is typical of a fast-paced grocery store. The role includes physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory requirements. A CPFM (Certified Food Protection Manager) certification or equivalent is required for positions related to food preparation, handling, and serving. Hourly pay ranges from minimum wage, depending on location, up to $18.00 per hour.
