About The Position
The Grocery Manager conducts the proper operation of the Grocery Department and coordinates employees’ work to achieve satisfactory operating results in compliance with company procedures and policies and in support of company goals. The manager is expected to serve as a role model for professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making. The work environment is a fast-paced grocery store.
