About The Position

The Deli Clerk helps create a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience by delivering remarkable customer service, sharing product knowledge, and providing efficient, friendly service. The role includes retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, and may involve work across Fresh departments, including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery. The clerk maintains attractive product displays, follows food safety and quality procedures, uses job-specific technology, and supports other tasks as needed.
