About The Position
Creating solutions for everything from dining and nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services, Sodexo partners with government agencies and military organizations to improve people’s quality of life and make a positive impact. Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Andrews Air Force Base. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a large deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working and managing a team in a retail deli / bakery operation
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Successful customer service skills
- Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
Nice To Haves
- Experience in grocery stores, deli, bakery operations prefer
