Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) Pensacola NAS Commissary located in Pensacola, FL. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working and managing a team in a retail deli / bakery operation
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Successful customer service skills
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years Minimum Management Experience
- 2 years Minimum Functional Experience
